"Hi , my stay at the Ivy Tree was a tremendous experience from start to finish. The staff were kind , Helpful and caring for their guests. The food was excellent with so much choice . Breakfast was unbearable well cooked and varied choices also . Every where was spotlessly clean 10 out of 10 definitely. I will make it one of my must stay again places . "I was a late checkin, after midnight . The Assistant Night Manager was excellent a credit to your company . The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a room service pizza which was rather large but very good . Breakfast was included and there was a good range of Buffett items which were regularly replenished by welcoming staff "
