This is a beautiful hotel with welcoming staff and just outside the bustle of Ubud center. Wonderful spa and decor. Would stay here again.

Mila and the rest of the staff exceeded our expectations! Our room included breakfast, which was brought to our room every morning and was a huge amount of food, including eggs, sausage, bacon, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, a bread, basket with croissants, cinnamon rolls, and toast with jelly and butter. You could choose from freshly squeeze juice or a fruit bowl, which was beautiful with four different kinds of fruit. Being able to get a massage right at the facility was a big perk and the...

Staff is beyond exceptional. They go above and beyond to take care of their guests. Highly recommend!

This property was amazing. But most of all the staff was amazing. I would travel back to this resort a million times. Thank you to the staff! They are so caring and loving.

My partner and I stayed for two evenings - which was not enough at all! Bagus Jati is an incredible resort...went beyond our expectations! The grounds were beautiful and extremely well-maintained, the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, the balcony had a lovely view of the rainforest, and the organic self-grown food was delicious. It really is a retreat from the world, with all the rooms facing the enchanting canyon of the jungle. The pool was beautiful and the spa was of high...

This place was really nice, very friendly.. I do want if you choose the villa, the bathroom is somewhat outside. So if you’re scared of lizards, frogs & other type of bugs coming in, book a room inside.. Overall very nice place to stay. Will be booking again!

My fiancee and I travelled from Brisbane to Bali for the first time last week and stayed at Alam Ubud for three nights. On arrival, we were greeted with a welcoming foot spa bath, a lei and a glass of coconut water. Bliss! We originally booked a Pool Villa on Expedia and for some reason when we arrived at the hotel, it was under maintence and not available for the first evening. The staff offered us a Luxury Villa (no pool) for the first night with a complimentary candlelight dinner and...

Clean room, great staff, and awesome view. Really enjoyed my stayed here. Will definitely come back!

Amazing

Beautiful, clean and nice place. Very quiet and people are very friendly and nice.

Nice property and good sized villas with private pool. Made to order breakfast delivered to villa each morning was very good. Negatives are the location which is pretty far ride into Ubud and the room is very bright in morning due to no shades on the very large windows in primary bedroom. Only an issue if you want to sleep in a bit.

From the first minute until last, this property amazed us. It’s breathtaking location and attention to detail, you are sure to have peace and quiet while indulging in it’s spaciousness and open living spaces . Our host Mr Gus, was available at every request and we feel we will be back very soon. Highly recommended property! Thank you for everything.
