"Very chilled place in a lovely design (great bathrooms) across from beach and with perfect little pool to help cool you down. Food was fresh, delicious and well priced. A couple of friendly little beach cafes and simple but good eating establishments close by. Great spot to relax or surf."

"Very good service and people. Unique experience of community and food. Accomodation was exactly like a living in a village hut but with basic ammenities available like light, fan and hot water. Just 15 mins ride from Sekumpul waterfall. The owner helped arrange 2 wheeler for us to go to the waterfall. This place is perfect for travellers with 2 wheelers but roads are narrow for 4 wheelers so be prepared if you are taking one."

"Very nice homestay, close to the beach. Room is very comfortable and clean, great bed. Breakfast is very nice, and the staff is adorable. Can also order for lunch and dinner, very tasty food. Absolutely peaceful and perfect to unwind."

"Amazing hotel in a beautiful setting and lovely staff. The best infinity pool and the best spot to enjoy incredible sunsets. The food is also excellent, especially at their Balinese restaurant and the staff is lovely, especially Rikki and Dipa. Would 100% recommend. "

"This experience was greater than any expectation I ever had. From the planning of the trip with the owner Paul, to being picked up by the driver sent (Ready and Darma) to the staff that waited up to great us and feed us…. To the planning of our two vow renewal ceremonies, to the sharing this celebration with members of the community and all staff, to the rich cultural lessons from Budi and Darma…. This was a luxury experience "

What a Wonderful Place

"As a single traveller, I can honestly say that this was one of the most welcoming and beatiful places i have ever stayed. Every single member of the staff made me feel so welcomed and went out of their way and included me . I have had the honour of being included in and witnessing cultural events and everyday life it has been a wonderful snapshot of the kindness of people in Bali. I was so sad to leave and it is certainly a place i can imagine returning to. The actual hotel and its facilities are top notch. Cleanliness, efficiency and environment are 10/10 Dave L"

Villa Bundar: fabulous beachfront villa with pool and with staff!

Property is nice, but listing is inaccurate

"We enjoyed our stay here overall. However, the VRBO listing indicates that the welcome dinner and following breakfast are included with your stay (obviously you pay for groceries). This is only the case if you are staying here for 7 or more days which is not mentioned in the VRBO listing. For our family of 4 to have breakfast and dinner prepared by the villa staff would have cost 1.2 million rupiah per day plus the cost of groceries. Much cheaper to eat out or order in in Bali! The villa is very nice, location is excellent and the pool is very refreshing with plenty of shade."
