"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant had a good range of options and wasn’t too busy even at peak times. There was a bit of a shortage of beds around the pool and people were leaving towels from 7am and then disappearing for half the day which doesn’t help. The other bars and restaurants in the complex were good and the prices were very reasonable. The location of the Hotel is very central but not too noisy. We would visit again."

Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. In addition, the staff on reception made me feel very welcome when I arrived. I was allocated one of the refurbished superior rooms and what a difference. "We had breakfast a few mornings plenty of variety for everyone, we didn't try the evening meals we like to eat out. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Our suite was very clean inside, but our balcony wasn't touched once in 10 nights. Whitewash on walls flaking off was all over balcony, we had no facilities to sweep it up. Maybe a little brush set , so we not bothering anyone. We had a couple of days of rain and water from balconies above were pouring onto ours leaving lots of dirt around. Cleaners came every other day which was good for us bed linen and towels changed every 4 days."

"First time we've stayed here and we were impressed from the minute we got out the taxi. The porter greeted us and took our luggage. Reception staff were very welcoming and offered us a glass of cava. Our deluxe room was perfect and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing especially the freshly made omelette. Two pools were very nice, plenty of sunbeds. My only gripe is the pools didn't need to be quite so warm and the steps to get in could do with adjustment to make them feel safer. But that aside we had a super stay and will definately return. Thankyou"

"Very family friendly with baby, mini, maxi and junior clubs. Our two went to mini and junior each day and loved it. The animation team are great. We were half-board. The breakfasts were good. We swapped our evening meal for lunch each day. This allowed us to visit one of the many restaurants surrounding the hotel each evening before heading back for mini disco."

"Very nice apartment block, the apartment has every thing you need it's not luxury but it's all you need for a nice holiday at a good price, the pool area is good with lots of sunbeds & gets lots of sun throughout the day, the staff are all friendly & helpful, bars & restaurants are a short walk as is the beach & the town centre is a nice 10 minutes walk away, i can't wait to go back, right place right price."

"Our room was not in the best position looking away from the hotel but we were only there for three nights so it was not so important to us. We had a warm and polite reception. The apartment was very clean and reasonably spacious, breakfast was excellent and the evening buffet as all you can eat and plenty of selection. We felt the 2.50 a night for the safe deposit box was a bit scroogelike, but apart from that minor gripe we had a good time."

"The staff here with one or two exceptions are all very kind and helpful. The exterior is a bit bit brutaliset in style. The lifts are speedy. The interior is welcoming at reception area. However there are areas of the hotel in need of some TLC. My room.was spacious witj a good size balcony. Comy bed. Good shower. But damage to the flooring. Kept clean by room service. Only one access point of entry in one of the 2 pools Food pretty good. Access to beach and local bars shops etc. T"
