"The host never contacted us even after multiple messages and a voice-mail requesting information. Had to call verbo customer service to find out they weren't going to give us access to our reservation. Absolutely unprofessional and left us in the lurch to figure out where we were going to stay while we were on our way. Save your sanity and avoid this place. "
