Arc la Rambla

"Stayed at the Arc de Rambla over the last week of October. The hotel reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a room which overlooked the Rambles and was extremely clean and spacious. I asked for a kettle and this was in the room on arrival. Unfortunately, it was very noisy due to construction work on the Rambles. It was also noisy at night time too and we were woken several times a night by people outside. Obviously this is not the hotel’s fault, but some triple glazing in the balcony doors could help keep the noise out. Breakfast was good and fresh. Perhaps taking people’s room numbers when they are waiting to go into the breakfast room if it’s busy would help stop people just wandering in to make it fairer. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but would stay somewhere quieter next time."

"Great location near gothic stuff. Be prepared for crowd noise as this hotel is literally on the cathedral square. The crowds and street singers all stop around 11pm so it’s only noisy before that."
