Herzlich willkommen bei Familie Gruber in Teisendorf. Genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in unserer gemütlichen, liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Sie ist geräumig und komfortabel und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß unseres Hauses in ruhiger Wohnlage, doch nur 5 Gehminuten von der Ortsmitte Teisendorf entfernt. Es erwarten Sie zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Durchgangszimmer), ein Badezimmer und eine große Wohnküche, ideal für einen Familienurlaub im Berchtesgadener Land. Die zentrale Lage Teisendorfs und die Nähe zu den bekannten Ausflugszielen Salzburg, Berchtesgaden und Chiemsee machen unseren Ort einzigartig. Viele Geschäfte, familiengeführte Gasthöfe, eine italienische Eisdiele, die historische Marktstraße und eine eigene Brauerei laden Sie zum kurzweiligen Bummeln und Besichtigen ein. Für unsere sportlichen Gäste halten wir ca. 280 km Wanderwege, eine Kneippanlage, unser Waldschwimmbad, einen Skaterplatz und viele Radwege bereit. Lassen Sie Ihren erlebnisreichen Tag auf dem kleinen lauschigen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge ausklingen. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!
WLAN Anschluß ist vorhanden, ein zusätzliches Reisebett für Ihre Kleinen hat genügend Platz. Wir stellen ein separates Kinderbett auf Anfrage gerne für Sie bereit.

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit bester Ausstattung. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen herzlich / freundlich / zuvorkommend, denn 2 Gläser hausgemachte Marmelade gab’s noch zum Abschied und zur Begrüßung einen wunderbaren Erdbeerkuchen. Das ist Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank !!

Sehr sauber und nett

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, generell sehr gut ausgestattet! Sehr sehr liebe Vermieter! Ruhige Umgebung und alle Sehnswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Blick vom Balkon sehr schön. Insgesamt wirklich sehr gut! Spontan konnten wir noch eine vierte Person dazubuchen. Viel Infomaterial vorhanden. Sogar Begrüßungsgetränke im Kühlschrank. Alles zusammen wirklich 1A.

Rundum zufrieden

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Hinzu kommt das sie sehr gut ausgestattet ist wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Familie Gruber ist auch sehr nett. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön man kann von hier aus alles machen ohne weit zu fahren.

Very good apartment, excellent!

It has been a pleasure to spend a few days in this excellent apartment in the nice village of Teisendorf. Everything perfect and clean! Perfect solution if you want to visit Bavaria in Germany, or Salzburg in Austria (only 15 min by car). Thanks Marianne and Josef for your kind ospitality! We'll come back in the future!
