"My wife and I stayed at the Tiing for 2 weeks. They arranged everything for us from airport pickup and dropoff to visiting all the local and not-so-local places. Where we had activities that weren't on the pre-made list, they helped us with planning and driving. We got to experience local ceremonies, swimming with turtles, many waterfalls, and even more temples. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful - from the people at the front desk (Sayu & Oxy) to all of the restaurant staff (Nyoman, Adi, Tadek). The room was immaculate and the private pool a huge bonus when the bigger pool had lots of sun. The food was delicious, the included breakfasts were incredibly nice with lots of options. We really enjoyed sipping tea as the sun came up, watching the boats come back from fishing. I'll be back for sure - one of the best holidays I've had in decades."

"This is not at all a takeaway from the hotel, but there are a lot of stairs and it is pretty much impossible to avoid them. The staff will help you with your bags so you don’t need to do any heavy lifting. If that’s something that doesn’t work for you, consider other hotels. Perfect hotel that’s right on Amed Beach. Temper your expectations for luxury because it is a quiet little fishing town and pretty much the only thing to do there is snorkel and scuba dive that doesn’t take away from the facilities at all, but don’t expect a Marriott. Absolutely beautiful property with multiple pools and stunning views. Staff will bend over backwards to make sure your stay is comfortable. The spa on site is amazing, we got a couple’s massage and honestly, it was the best massage I’ve ever had for a fraction of the price that you will get at home. Restaurant has very good food, and there are countless little cafés and restaurants you can walk to along the street. Have cash on hand if you venture out of the hotel for food. ATMs are known to be unreliable in Amed so make sure you stock up before you arrive. I didn’t have any problems with them, but I’ve read that other people have. If you do use an ATM in the area make sure you use one that is inside one of the convenience stores and not a freestanding one, as those will possibly skim your card. "

"My wife and I and my wife's sister stayed in one of the 2-BR villas at Dusun Bedugul Asri in September 2025. We were very satisfied with our stay there. We went to the area because we wanted to see the Bali Botanical Garden, which is nearby. It was a bit too far to walk, but the hotel quickly arranged a good driver for us. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped. It's actually like a miniature botanical garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent."
