"Overall, it was a nice stay, but it's disappointing when you realize you're paying Hilton prices without receiving that level of service. Check-in I was fortunate to have a fast check-in since I arrived at night. However, during the day, people were waiting for around an hour to check-in. Parking Parking is an additional cost, which seems typical for a Tel Aviv hotel. However, it's available to the public, so when I arrived, I was told there were no available parking spaces. "The hotel is very nice and perfectly situated. Staff is nice and friendly. My only complaint is service in the dining room. There is no water or coffee available unless requested and it takes a very long time to receive."
