"Loved the location, vibe and decor of this boutique hotel. We had a deluxe room with a little outdoor courtyard and the bed was so comfy as was the big bathtub. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we had our little eight month baby as well. My only heads up is that they will prepare you a lavish little breakfast, but it does take a little bit of time As they make it when you order it."

"First time staying here, staff was generally good and accommodating, not super knowledgeable about things like a flower stand around the corner when asked, but did accommodate a shower for us on our last day which was appreciated. Our room however was a bit musty smelling at first but had excellent air conditioning. Our pillows and sheets unfortunately did have hair on them which was rectified the following day, but barely any apology. Good coffee and tea station, very nice roof top and great...

"Mixed experience. Check-in is inconveniently on 3rd floor. Location good, but we did not know inn advance of the construction going on on the street outside, and our room faced this. Fortunately we were up early before it got noisy. Bathroom door can either close to the room or the stall shower (no bath), not both--and it leaked. Website said pool would be open, but perhaps it was a little too cold out. But whirlpool not operating, and sauna had no water for steam. We did appreciate them...

"I needed to change my reservation due to Shabbat and no transport. Daniel, Jacob and Yali were great in getting the info and helped me change my booking and getting a refund. It took a while to get through to Expedia but James an Expedia agent was great and I got the refund. Thanks everyone you really helped me alot. "
