small and cozy apartment

In the beginning it was not easy to find this apartment, but otherwise location was good, near to the beach. Apartment was small but cozy. Good wifi internet was provided, only had to ask for password, it was not provided in advance. All our answers were answered very fast. I would say that place was good for the price we paid.

Fake details about this hotel. Avoid it.

Let me start from the end: we just ran away from the place to another nice hotel with the same price 200m away from this place. Why we did it: 1. Before we came to the apartment the owner requested higher amount for payment then it was stated on the hotels.com website. The owner wanted us to pay in local currency using his own exchange rate significantly more then actual. Also he wanted 20$ for cleaning instead of 20NIS what is also stated on the side. 2. When we came to the place, we found out that the room is actually twice smaller then it was in description. In fact it is very small like capsule hotel, around 10sq meters total including kitchen and bathroom. There is no even place for two chairs, not speaking about table :) though in the description it is 25sq. m. And different photos. 3. Minor thing but the apartment’s window was looking on the wall of the neighboring building while in the description the beach view was promised. 4. Finally though the room was in general clean, the water dispenser was broken as well as towels handler in the bathroom. So in my opinion this is total fraud. The owner provide false information in order to make his offer look better. While in fact this is definitely bad choice in Tel-Aviv as I often come here and have been to many other places. BTW the same owner manages Ha-Carmel Market Apartment, but I have not been there. Look for other options in TA.

Le propriétaire m'a annoncé qq jours avant qu'il avait un souci et m'a demandé de changer la location pour un autre studio soit disant mieux plus grand beaucoup mieux placé..... En vérité nous nous sommes trouvés hébergés au milieu d'un marché arrives de nuit le quartier était très glauque très sale et le parking voiture très difficile . Nous avons dû nous lever à 6 h pour déplacer la voiture avant qu'on nous l'énleve. La chambre était en très mauvais état très sale le sol n'avait pas été nettoyé (j'ai marché pieds nus 10 mn ils étaient noirs) la douche très mal entretenue joints dégoûtants lavabo minuscule odeurs de moisi. Ameublement très succinct et immeuble uniquement de chambres locatives mal insonorisées. Très très déçue car très cher pour la qualité,

The Manager was very hepful but the keypad system did not always work. Address for the taxi when I first arrived a bit confusing . Better to state 1 Ben Gurion

Очень удачное расположение и хорошая цена, но по номеру довольно много замечаний. Чистота номера при заезде - минус. Очень много комаров. Антимоскитных сеток на окнах нет. Не было инструкций по пользованию телевизором и WIFI.

Sauberkeit ist ein Fremdwort.

Lage und Stil der Einrichtung ist top. Auch ist die verantworliche Person immer verfügbar (telefonisch). Jedoch war das Zimmer bei meiner Ankunft wegen einer Verwechslung nicht gereinigt. Die verantwortliche Person entschuldigte sich und putze das Zimmer. Als ich zurück kam war es aber nicht wirklich sauber (siehe Fotos). Auf dem Boden, Lavabo und im Bett waren die Haaren vom letzten Gast und die Bettbezüge waren auch voll mit braun und roten Flecken. Ich hab reklamiert und mir wurde gesagt wo es frische Bettbezüge gebe und musste es selbst frisch beziehen. Die Haaren hab ich schlussendlich auch selbst entsorgt. Der Fernseher hat auch nur einen Sender (MTV). Für religiösere Leute eher nicht geeignet da man nur mit einem elektrischen Code in das Zimmer rein gehen kann. Schade um die eigendliche Lage&Einrichtung.
