"The staff was really nice, but for some reason they kept trying to get into my room. Housekeeping knocked on my room day 3 and didn’t leave towels, then came back later when me and my kids were sleep just to tell me they were bringing towels later and waaaaaaay after housekeeping they brought the towels when no one was in the room.
