I chose this hotel while interviewing at ETSU and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room clean, and the hotel quiet. We chose a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was a great way to relax after a long and exhausting day. The hotel is located close to many great restaurants and stores, so there are plenty of options to explore. The pillows were a little uncomfortable and I would recommend bringing your own, but otherwise a great stay!

Our stay for 2 nights was heaven. The beds were like sleeping on a marshmallow. Just the right softness and I had no problem sleeping that night. We found everything so clean and inviting. It was a little outdated. The couch was low and so was the chair. I am handicapped and I had to be helped off the couch. It was uncomfortable also. The bathroom needs some sort of heavy glass. Traveled with Family from South Carolina to Greenville, TN, for a College Tour. The Hotel greeting staff was extremely friendly and our room was very nice and clean. The morning breakfast was great! I highly recommend it if you are ever in this neck of the woods.
