"We had a wonderful stay in Innsbruck. The location truly couldn’t have been better—it was right in the heart of everything and made exploring the city incredibly easy. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the view—looking out over the town with the mountains in the background was incredible and made the stay feel even more special. Check-in was simple and seamless, which made arrival stress-free. What really stood out was the location. We were just steps away from major sights, great restaurants, and convenient transportation options, making it easy to get around and experience the city. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a perfect base for visiting Innsbruck."

"Overall, we had a good stay at Adlers Hotel in Innsbruck. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the lovely view of the mountains right outside our window waking up to that scenery was beautiful. The hotel is located right next to the train station. While this is very convenient for transport, it may disturb light sleepers as you can occasionally hear the trains. When we first arrived, I did wonder where my husband had brought me as there is a strip club directly outside the hotel and the immediate area looks a little run down. However, if you walk a short distance up the road you quickly reach the beautiful city centre, which is stunning. We didn’t have breakfast or use the spa facilities during our stay, so unfortunately I can’t comment on those. Reception staff were welcoming when we arrived, but we weren’t given the welcome pack that the hotel provides. This pack includes a card that allows free public transportation during your stay. We only found out about this from the local tourist information centre and had to return to reception to request it. Overall, despite a couple of small issues, we enjoyed our stay. The comfortable room and fantastic mountain views made it a pleasant base for exploring Innsbruck."

"Found the hotel to be very relaxed with a pleasant atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and of a good size. The bathroom was as new and again lovely and clean. Appreciated the kettle and the limited supply of teabags and coffee. Had to ask reception for milk but that was no problem and they were happy to provide a little jug of milk. The location was pretty central with the shopping centre very close by. Loved our short stay here and would highly recommend. Thank you!"
