John's communication and attention to detail was excellent, and he even personally contacted us when a member of our party left an item behind in the room. We were greeted with beautiful decor, inviting smells, and plentiful amenities from coffee, water and treats to a versatile and comfortable common area. Our room, beds, and bathroom were impeccably decorated and clean. We did not want for anything. Our only wish was that we were staying longer. Thanks for a wonderful experience. "The property manager communicated with us before our arrival to ensure we understood the check-in process. Upon arrival, the charming inn sat in the heart of Tellico Plains surrounded by the lush Cherokee National Forest. It was just as I imagined, but better! The inn was quaint with its wrap around porch and historic decor . It was clean and wrapped you in a tight hug! I slept better here than I do at home! My husband and I cannot wait to visit again. "
