VERY NICE TOWNHOME WITH AN IN-TOWN LOCATION. EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN, WELL-APPOINTED AND MODERN. ABSOLUTE SKI IN/SKI OUT POSITION LOCATED RIGHT BY CHAIR 7. HAS A LOFT AREA WHICH SLEEPS 2 SEPARATELY.
MY GARAGE FITS A REGULAR SIZE SUV, EG PORSCHE CAYENNE, AUDI Q SERIES ETC. FREE PUBLIC PARKING ACROSS THE STREET- I CAN ACCOMMODATE 3 VEHICLES, 2 WITH FREE PASSES FOR THE LOT DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET AND 1 IN MY PRIVATE, HEATED, INTERNAL ACCESS GARAGE.
GREAT MOUNTAIN VIEWS FROM THE DECK, AN EASY 7MIN WALK ALONG THE SCENIC RIVER TRAIL TO THE GONDOLA OR CENTER OF TOWN. THE TOWN SHUTTLE BUS('THE GOOSE') STOPS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE BUILDING.

EVERYTHING IS PROVIDED, JUST BRING YOURSELF. CHAIRLIFT 7 IS JUST OUTSIDE THE FRONT GATE, CLICK INTO YOUR SKIS AND SKATE SKI TO THE LIFT, IT MAKES YOUR VACATION SO MUCH EASIER!

Fantastic ski condo, steps from lift 7. Only recommendation would be to have a 12” cast iron pan added to the cooking supplies.

Great ski location

This property is located very close to the bottom of lift 7 and is a easy walk to the lift. The town bus picks up right in front of the condo complex but be aware the schedule is more of a general idea on arrival times but it does seem like it ran about every 15 minutes as promised.

Great Place, great location!

4 of us wanted ski-in/out in Telluride…any closer and you’d be sleeping in the lift hut! Close to everything and easy parking too. Place was clean, hot tub was great and had a view of the slopes. John was a great and communicative host! Will stay here again when we come back!

Fabulous Telluride condo

Our family of 4 really loved this condo! It was clean, comfortable and an excellent location. The kitchen was well appointed making cooking easy. John was an excellent host and gave us directions and suggestions for restaurants and outings. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Telluride!

Summer Vacation

Telluride was beautiful. The condo was amazing and our host was very attentive throughout the stay. Close to a beautiful walking trail along the creek with quick access to town and the gondola. No question too silly or dumb for him to promptly and kindly respond to throughout our entire stay. Loved it. Would visit again…especially in the winter. So close to the lift.

Telluride Gravel Race

Could not have picked a better location. Had a little snafu trying to get our very tall vehicle under the consul awning, but John helped us circumvent this by serving as our personal porter. Great service. What a lovely place!

Great location & communication for a cozy stay!

We had a great time in Telluride! This townhome was the prefect stay as a couple. As we were there a while (2 weeks), was important to have a stocked kitchen and this didn't disappoint! Hot tub was nice to chill out in after long days. The location is perfect to walk to town or to walk the river path. Can see that during ski season would also be great being right at the bottom of a lift. John is a great host- super communicative and helpful in pointing us to great restaurants and answering any questions we had throughout our stay. Thank you!

Location, location, location!

This property sits in a perfect location- within a quick and beautiful 10 minute walk along the river into town. The description was accurate, but we were not expecting the TINY bathrooms in the 2 bedrooms. Our truck didn’t fit in the small garage, but the host instructed us to park in the public lot across the street and registered our plate- so no additional costs involved. The furniture, linens and towels ( one bath towel per person provided) could definitely use some upgrading, as well as the tv/ audio system. There were still old VHS tapes stocked by the TV. No Keurig in the kitchen, so we had to purchase bulk coffee to make. Overall we had a nice stay- thanks to the great location- and the host was quick to respond to several texts with questions/ issues.

Good Location

Owner was very cooperative and responsive. Easy check in. Location was good with easy access to the shuttle route. Interior furnishings and flooring is dated but was clean. Lots of steps. Nice garage parking.

John's place was exactly as described and he is a very kind, accommodating host. Location was fabulous for us and our dogs, with great play space outside for them and proximity to town for us. Would definitely recommend!

Steps from chair 7 so perfect for skiing. Great communication with host. Having a garage was great. House clean with no issues. Definitely recommend if you want a place with easy access to the slopes. 10-15 min walk to most restaurants in town.

Fantastic Ski Week

John could not have been more responsive. He was very quick to answer any questions that came up. The location of the condo was excellent. The chair lift was literally right outside the door. It was and easy walk to the trail by the creek, grocery store and the shops and restaurants in town. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.
