Wish we had more time here. The condo was laid out so well with everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect. Easy to walk to everything. Listening to the river flowing while sleeping was a highlight .

Super cute condo, perfect for my daughter and I to use as a home base while we explored Telluride. Easy walking distance to everything in town. Clean, well equipped unit. Would stay again!

Easy place to stay for a family of 4. Close to all the downtown action and the gondola. Small pool and hot tub onsite. Laundry is available in the main building.

A place I will return to over and over again

This is our second time staying at this place. It was just as spectacular as the first time. The location is perfect, close to town/shops, grocery, and the lifts and gondola. The place might appear small at first glance but it is designed in such a way that makes such good use of space. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with, great communication and so knowledgeable. She wants to ensure you and your guests are well taken care of. I would definitely come back!

Very comfortable and Cosy Apt

We have just had a wonderful 8 days in Telluride. Jen’s apt was perfect for the four of us. It had everything we needed and Jen was quick to respond and help out with any queries or needs that we did have. Location was also excellent.

Great location, cute little pad

Ah Telluride, and to be in a place right near the creek and a short creek path walk to the gondola or main st. Cute little apartment on 2nd floor of complex, well maintained and with two separate sleeping areas (murphy bed in one, and couch/bed in the other). Its small but has everything you need - for the 2 of us sleeping in separate areas it was fine. Great communication and easy entry. Thanks!

Perfect location

The house was beautiful. Small space but expertly used every square inch. What really made the difference was the location. Perfect. On the river/path, walking distance to town, gondola and hiking trails.

Great spot

Overall fulfilled our needs, it is small but comfortable. The property offered many sleeping spaces. Kids loved the pool/hot tub. We couldn’t figure out how to get the tvs in the bunks to work (minor detail as we didn’t need these except in the evenings) The few times we did need the owners help she was quick to respond.

Home away from home.

The space is not very big, but makes up in its great natural light and cozy Decor. Bunk beds are for children and are quite uncomfortable for adult use. Great location and great host. 100% Would recommend.

Telluride visit

The property is very conveniently located and has a nice view. The space was fine for 4 adults but any more people and it would be cramped especially due to only one bathroom being available. It fit our requirements for our stay.

perfect telluride home!

we absolutely loved our stay here! the location was perfect—parked our car when we arrived in telluride and never moved it. walked/ran by the san miguel right outside our door every morning, and walked to trailheads and to dinner and shopping. loved having the balcony and listening to the river every night! lovely decor, and our family of 5 did perfectly well in this space!

a great spot

i researched a location in Teluride for our participation in the Spartan race. we needed to be close to gondola and event location. This location is excellent. close to market and restaurants and a 1 min walk to gondola. Property owner is great; she is easy to talk to and was very helpful. the property is clean and efficient and very comfortable. Will stay again

Perfect for Bluegrass!

My wife and two sons and I stayed at Jen’s place in Viking Lodge for the Bluegrass Festival and it was absolutely perfect. Easy to get anywhere in town, right on the walking trail and the river, and a straight shot down the street to the festival entrance. My sons really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and I loved hearing the flowing river outside the door as we fell asleep. Jen was super attentive and easy to communicate with and if we have the chance we will definitely stay in her place again. Thanks so much for helping our Bluegrass vacation be one of the best we’ve taken in years!

Telluride town tour

We stopped in Telluride for 3 nights of relaxation after a whirlwind national parks tour. This studio felt larger than it is, is cozy, well decorated, and so convenient to everything in town. Suggest though that the daybed mattress be replaced if intended to sleeping on - it sags from where people sit during the day. The Murphy bed near the entrance was much more comfortable.

The Best (Place & View)

Jennifer was great to work with and incredibly communicative and fast in her responses. The directions were great for parking as well as suggestions on best places to eat, get around with free town transportation and the gondola, and everything else in between. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. We also LOVED the view of the slopes from the front window, as well as the great people and dog watching on the trial just in front of the unit. Would absolutely stay here again, and any other property Jennifer hosted. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great location and amenities!

Jennifer’s place was just as advertised. The unit is small but she really maximized the space - the unit had everything we needed for myself, husband and infant. The location was also great and a close walk to town and the gondola. The unit is on a corner and some large trucks do pass by daily but the loud noises here and there didn’t bother us too much. We also had some questions for Jennifer and she was very quick to respond. I would definitely book this unit again.
