Flanked by aspen trees and tucked down a quiet street, this home is ideal for skiers in the wintertime and perfect for summertime mountain explorers, offering everything you need for a family vacation you'll never forget.

Step inside to be greeted by a mud room and a gear storage area. The downstairs bunk room is the perfect place for tired kiddos to get some rest after a long day out on the trails. Meanwhile, the grown-ups can find solace in the privacy of the upstairs main bedroom suite as the stars appear through the skylights above the bed. No matter where your day takes you, winding down at Down Valley View is sure to be a wonderful end to your adventures.

As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
