Nestled in the core of Mountain Village, seconds from the gondola, ski school, and ski area, Le Chamonix is in a perfect location.
Guests enter the studio from the second floor accessed by elevator. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a sitting and living area. The living room has a 26-inch flatscreen TV, an electric fireplace, and a pull-down closet housing a new firm queen memory foam mattress for the murphy bed. To the right is the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for four. Down the hall from the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower.
*Home Truths:* - This studio home is perfect for a maximum of two people occupancy. The condo is located on the main walkway of a shared complex. - There is no A/C at this property. - Complex amenities include a ski locker for each unit and elevator access. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home does not offer a washer or dryer. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. - Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it. - This unit is located on the 2nd floor above Boot Doctors, with elevator access available. - Please note, the lot behind this complex is currently under construction, with a new hotel being built.
Parking Details: - This property accommodates one vehicle per unit on a first-come, first-served basis in spaces labeled Le Chamonix. - Parking is available in a nearby garage, a short walk from the units. Please allow a few minutes to reach the entrance from the garage. - Garage Height: 7'6" - Local parking lots available for additional fees. Please see the booking hub for more details once booking is confirmed. - There is no street parking. - Please note that no reimbursement will be given if guests cannot use the spot provided.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

The location was perfect and the property was clean and tidy. It was very convenient to skiiing, dining, and the gondola. The only downside was the mattress, which was pretty worn in and it could use a full length mirror for those of us who are on the shorter side. Overall we would recommend this location for an affordable and convenient stay.
Very nice stay and location was excellent. My only negative was there were a few stray hairs in the shower and sink. There were also a couple of bugs in the shower as well when I arrived. I was easily able to flush the bugs down the drain, so wasn’t a huge issue
Avantstay is very very good. Location is perfect. No units above or below in "Chamonix".Trade-off: the unit has no windows except the ones facing walkways people take to get to/from their units and it's at the intersection of those walkways, so it's pretty much necessary to keep the shutters closed.
Property was a great location. Definitely needs to be upgraded. Shower leaked. Toilet seat lid was broken. New mattress is definitely needed. Other than that was a nice stay.

Place was very good overall. Place is as picture and a little outdated but overall super clean and you cannot beat the location. I was tempted to take a star due to my biggest dislike: the mattress. As much as I like the place I would not stay here again so I can ensure a better sleep all because of the horrible mattress this place has. Another thing is that the shower leaks even if you close the door, so you have to clean the floor every time.
Pros: LOCATION, clean, safe, easy to access. Cons: Bed and shower leak.

Loved this mountain village condo, totally easy and convenient. Ski on ski off, plenty of room inside for large equipment am see. Working kitchen to utilize for breakfast. Two pieces of feedback:
1) the shower door is broken and therefore leaks onto the bathroom floor each time someone showers. It looks like it was repaired or tried to be but it is a real problem if you want to save the floors and below.
2) the Murphy bed could use a new mattress. The existing one is in poor condition and slumps on the middle and on the sides so it’s not terribly comfortable.
Other than that, all was great! We’d stay there again next year!
Everything went great, the location couldn't be better. We will certainly consider staying here next year.

Loved staying here! I’ll definitely choose this location for future trips to Telluride! The location is right at the main area in mountain village. The parking garage is so closely located to the room. Super clean and comfy all around.
Clean, cozy and comfortable! Nice location in Mountain Village, close to free gondola to Telluride. Helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay here and will return to Le Chamonix B for future trips!
Location of the condo can't be beat. We had a few hiccups like the carbon monoxide detector was going off and the fireplace wasn't working during our stay. That said, property management communicated with us throughout the ordeal, got staff out (on Christmas Eve) for a service call and had us back in our room enjoying our stay within an hour.

Not bad. Would prefer one with a view next time.
The location was great right by gondola and restaurants. Parking was far away and they did not inform us how far it was. We did not haven exact directions to it so finding it late at night was no fun. The condo itself was nice. I would have liked a view. There is no view at all except for tops of a few trees. The cost was good for the area.

Only complaint is too much light from outside at night. I remedied somewhat by unscrewing outside hall lightbulb.
This studio has more than enough room for 2 persons. The living space is open with a small kitchen that is more than adequately provisioned for your stay. We would have loved to use the fireplace, but we could not get it to work, in spite of the provided instructions. The bathroom had a double vanity that was well lit and again, well supplied! The shower area was a bit small. And although the steam shower may have had a small leak, the hot water was endless! This location was perfect! The unit was close to the lifts, retail, and restaurants. Also, the parking was very convenient. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!
Over all nice place, and we would stay again. A few observations:
- Location can't be any better with regards to distance to mountain.
- there are outside stairs if you are not interested in taking elevators due to COVID.
- Amazing shower and cute kitchen (no dishwasher).
- Bed could use an update. The murphy is just really loud and creaky and mattress is about out of life.
-No deck or view (view is literally into two different outside hallways), but you can just go downstairs and sit at one of the benches in the plaza.
- Parking is 5 mins away, but worked fine. The instructions said the parking spot was marked, but we never found it- we just parked in an open spot and left parking pass on dash board.
- Driving into town to check-in was not ideal, since it was out of the way for us- a key pad on door would have been nice, but would not stop us from renting again.
- Rental company was great and very responsive when we had a question about check out.
- Kitchen is not stocked with basic cooking items (oil/sugar/coffee) so make sure to bring all that. No where does it say it is, but sometimes there are left overs from previous renters.
- There were tons and tons of extra blankets and pillows, and the washer and dryer were great.
Cute studio in the heart of Telluride, Mountain Village. The only hiccup is the parking spot, which is in a great garage, is a bit of a walk with all your gear. A drop off option would be great before parking. It was clean and perfect for my daughter and I. Property managers were accessible and helpful!
The property was clean and very conveniently located. There were a couple hiccups in that I had to go into Telluride to get a parking permit as one wasn't left in the property, and the kitchen sink was broken (the handle was falling off, the faucet needs to be replaced). Everything else was great, and Alpine Lodging was very responsive at all times.
Above BootDoctors, really convenient location. Studio had everything we needed and even a quick email to Alpine Lodging and they brought some extra toiletries to us! Really enjoyed the ski locker also.
