There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. We anticipate intermittent construction noise. Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F 9am-6pm on Saturday. Due to this construction only street parking will be available, one electronic parking permit will be available**

The Viking Lodge also offers on-site parking and a coin operated laundry facility. Walk to everything including ski lifts, main street, festivals, and grocery store. This unit is an excellent value for a couple or family! The complex also offers heated pool (summer only - Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay).
