Welcome to Ballard House South 303, presented by Accommodations in Telluride. Ballard House South's location offers easy access to so many things in Telluride that you won't know which way to turn. Colorado Ave. (Telluride's iconic historic Main Street) is 2 blocks to the north, Bear Creek Trail and the San Miguel River Trail are to the south, the Town of Telluride Park and beyond to Bridal Veil Falls is to the east, and the Telluride Gondola Station Lift 8 area is an easy flat walk to the west. Fun stuff in every direction!

Enter the condo from the elevator in the hallway on the third floor. Or get your legs in shape for hiking and skiing and take the stairs. The inviting and recent updates are lovely. The main room contains the kitchen, dining, and living room. A large Flat Screen TV sits above the cozy gas fireplace. The views to the west are stunning!
The two bedrooms have a King bed in one and a Queen bed in the other. Both bedrooms have TVs. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. The condo has a washer/dryer.

The complex has an elevator for your convenience and underground parking. The condo comes with a dedicated parking space. You will find the ski locker by the elevator in the heated garage area.

Summer Trip to Telluride

Great stay in Telluride! Beautiful third floor condo with elevator access, convenient to Gondola, river trail, hiking trails, grocery, restaurants. Condo was well stocked, super comfortable beds, easy check / check out.

Perfect Condo in Telluride

We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in the heart of Telluride. Steps from the Gondola, market, river and trail. Plenty of room for our family of three. Garage parking was a plus!

Problems in Paradise

Telluride was amazing but the problems with this property being in ill repair tainted our opinion of VRBO. From the time we entered the property until we left we experienced one problem after another. The parking place that came with the condo was occupied the entire time, the shower handle broke, the screen fell ou and on and on.
