Located in the heart of Mountain Village at The Peaks Resort, Penthouse #622 combines the luxuries of a full service hotel with the comforts of a fully appointed private home. In this one-of-a-kind 3 bedroom/3 bath penthouse, enjoy unobstructed panoramic views from every room. The penthouse’s master suite enjoys a king bed, private balcony, fireplace, separate sitting room with queen sleeper sofa, and attached bath with jetted tub and separate steam shower. The second bedroom has king bed, small sitting area, and attached bath with jetted tub. The third bedroom, located on the upper level and adjacent to the living area, offers choice of either a king or two twins and attached bath. All three bedrooms enjoy flat screen TV’s.
The open concept great room boasts wall to wall windows with unobstructed western facing views of Mount Wilson and spectacular sunsets, as well as a gas fireplace, balcony with views of the San Sophia Ridge, a dining table for 8, and flat screen TV. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with sub zero appliances and fully stocked with cook/dishware. This property is truly one of a kind and perfect for those looking for an adventurous Telluride vacation get away!
The Peaks Resort is adjacent to the pedestrian core of Mountain Village, just steps from world class dining, shopping, nightlife and the gondola to downtown Telluride. Also enjoy premier ski-in/ski-out access to the Telluride Ski Resort at the complimentary ski valet inside the hotel.

Somewhat disappointed with the property. It was not clean. The fireplace was NOT used but was making noise. We tried to start some laundry on departure to help the cleaning crew but no detergent. Lighting was poor.

Property was as expected, spectacular views. Great location in mountain village. The hotel spa was incredible. Will definitely be back.

Roomy Stay during TBGF

The place was great for a group of us to stay during the Bluegrass Festival. The Pent house is large and there is a lot of room. The pictures don't quite give a good description of what the bedrooms actually look like or how the place is laid out. The penthouse is pinnacle of 1995 residential technology... some of which does not work anymore. I would say about 1/3 of light switches did not work. Also, it would have been really cool of the fountain would have been functional. The ice machine was broken due to a leak, we were not told that before arriving and tried to turn it on. This resulted in a frozen mess in the freezer. The hotel did bring bags of ice. The Peaks resort is really nice and it was very fast and simple to get to the festival at any time of day or night. The pool, sauna, hot tubs, water slide and all of the pool area were an awesome benefit. It is much more calm during TBGF on this side of the mountain but we all agreed we would prefer to stay there again!

Great space and location

The decor is very unique (think Medieval Times), but if you can get over that, this place is awesome. So much space to spread out, perfect location for skiing (love the ski valet at the resort), beds are comfy, views are amazing. Everything was very comfortable. We loved it here.

Fun condo in great location with all the amenities!

This condo is perfectly situated in Mountain Village, with easy ski-in, ski-out access and a convenient ski valet. The resort itself has a nice pool and outdoor hot tub area, and the spa treatments were top notch. The lobby is lovely and has live music during ski season, the restaurant is just ok, I suggest dining elsewhere. The unit is a crazy over the top tuscan castle theme and lots of fun. The beds are all comfortable and the bathrooms are roomy and well appointed. The sitting areas in the two lower level suites is a nice way to allow some privacy and a place to unwind. The upstairs bedroom is small but cozy. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and glassware, we cooked breakfast daily and dinner twice during our week stay and we had everything we needed. The oven is a bit complicated, I suggest requesting instructions for it. The dining area and great room are comfortable but the seating area could definitely use new furniture. The sofa is small, and the chairs are very worn down. A sectional would be perfect. That being said, we still gathered there every evening and relaxed. The dining table is large and provided enough space for dinner for 5, games every evening, and a workspace in the mornings when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Dirty and broken…..everything

While the location of this unit and the actual space worked beautifully for us, the unit was a disaster. The ice maker, the water maker , the toaster, upholsterer was dirty and broken, window blinds, curtains, screens on patio doors and bathroom light, were all broken. There was no sofa in the living room. Sheets and bedding were sub-standard. Kitchen was ill equipped to cook dinner for 2 people let alone 5. Overall this place shouldn’t be rented out, period. I will say when the complaints were sent into the management company they refunded us $100 a day as I requested and they were timely in their response to our concerns. It didn’t ruin our vacation but it certainly made things less pleasant.

Amazing Property

Wow, enough can't be said about this property. The owners have thought of everything. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had cooking spices, coffee filters etc. It had a video library and plenty of games for the family to enjoy. I loved the window benches to just lay and enjoy the amazing views. Large and spacious living area made it great to have family guests to have an area to visit versus just a hotel room. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The Peaks Penthouse

The condo was very clean and well appointed. Was convenient to have the amenities of the resort. We had issues with the TV's and cable and there were no instructions on the two different cable systems. Keith and Julie were very responsive and came right over to get them working. The patio's on the first floor are quite small, would have liked more seating on the first floor. Enjoyed our stay!
