Walk to All! Riverside Balcony with Ski Mountain Views

***Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for the adjacent building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. We anticipate intermittent construction noise. Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F & 9am-6pm on Saturday. Due to this construction, parking is limited. Please text us your license plate number, state and driver's name if you need a street parking permit.

**May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23. Work is scheduled to last seven to eight weeks. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.**

Enjoy the very best of our beautiful mountain town from this lovely, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo at the Viking Lodge. Viking Lodge 212 has a private balcony, free wifi, a king sized bed and a washer/dryer in the condo and a full kitchen. The Viking Lodge complex also offers a salt water heated pool (summer only) and hot tub and beautiful, riverfront gardens surrounding the complex. (Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay).

We enjoyed staying at the property. It was a convenient ~10min walk to the Gondola. There were a couple of restaurants near by and the walk way on the back along the river was awesome

Perfect base camp for Telluride

Great location for exploring the area. Park your car and take advantage of the walkable town. Food, bars, grocery, trail heads and the gondola are super close.

Summer stay in Telluride

We have only been to Telluride during ski season and stayed in Mountain Village. This is a great in town location. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed the balcony with the babbling brook sound!

Perfect ski-cation place!

Nicely updated 1 BR unit in the Viking Lodge. Perfect for our first visit to Telluride. Well equipped kitchen and excellent shower. Strongly recommend staying in town vice the village - so much more to do in town. It is a 10 minute walk to the gondola so factor that into your plans. Enjoy!

If your goal is proximity to Chair 7 & access to downtown, Viking Lodge is an excellent option. The unit is renovated, clean & very functional. The property management company made check-in & check-out a breeze and promptly replied to questions. The unit worked very well for me and our 13 y/o son.

Clean & comfortable close to lift 7.

Great bed and nicely equipped kitchen to make a hardy breakfast before hitting the slopes. The living room furniture is too big to move around and use the sofa bed. This unit is best for two folks.

Great location, right level of amenities

We are a family of four (2 kids <10) that traveled to Telluride to be outdoors hiking, playing in water, and biking. The location was excellent, within walking distance to every hike and recreational activity we wanted to do in Telluride. The condo included exactly what we needed; nice bathroom and kitchen, a sleeper-sofa. We were not physically in the condo that much except to sleep and refresh; and it was perfect for our needs.

They thought of EVERYTHING

We were extremely impressed with this property and would recommend it to anyone! It was within walking distance to everything. Booking this property was probably the most organized process we’ve ever dealt with. They have thought of everything for the guests...from the filtered water in the refrigerator, to the snow sled in the closet, to the extra fans, blankets and pillows, to the digital guestbook sent to us before our stay and more. The view from the balcony is beautiful as well!

Condo was awesome. Great location. Worked for two adults. No AC but we didn't need it. Ceiling fans and windows open cooled off the condo. Located directly on the San Miguel River. Easy access to Downtown Telluride and gondola and hiking trails.

Telluride 7/17 to 7/20

We absolutely love the location and the unit. Freezer wasn't freezing all the way and front window didn't work which considering how hot it was wasn't ideal, but we would reserve this unit again in a heartbeat and I am sure the above items will be fixed fairly shortly
