The staff were so friendly and helpful. They phoned to check we were happy with our room. Also they put our daughtersā€™ room next to ours - as we booked late I was not sure they could or would remember. Itā€™s a very quiet hotel considering itā€™s near the centre. The area is a bit shabby in parts but it has some lovely cafes and independent shops which is the vibe we wanted. The room was very stylish and comfortable. We had all we needed apart from a kettle (not a necessity and we could get hot water downstairs). The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean and modern. We couldnā€™t fault it really. The breakfast was great value and the hotel is good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was beyond our expectations and Joao Daniela Beatrice and every single person that worked on site was so attentive and went beyond to help us. My apologies for not recalling everyoneā€™s name, they deserved individual praise. The champagne toast on the patio was the perfect way to start an incredible too fast 24 hours. The suite gorgeous and bubble bath was a highlight. We tried to fit in as many sights during our short time so we didnā€™t utilize all the accommodations provided but hope to return and spend more time again. The art work displayed around the hotel is a must see. Breakfast was simply outstanding! Each course allowed our taste buds to experience a new layer of incredible flavor. Beautifully presented, perfectly prepared, and an unforgettable culinary experience.

When there is blood on your bed when you check in, thatā€™s all I have to say really. Staff were lovely and polite and they couldnā€™t say sorry enough, the cleaner was given a hard time, that did not help at all really. Also in addition to this review the tiles in the bathroom were manky and need a clean 211 room, never said a thing after the blood, disgusting to be fair x although very sorry, you canā€™t understand the horror
