Charged twice!

This quality of this hotel is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good location only a five minute walk to kasbah. Good restaurant. We paid for our reservation in advance through Ecpedia. I had written confirmation with me. However, the hotel said they had never been paid. I had to pay again in local currency. I will seek a refund from Expedia. I do not think that they intentionally tried to charge us twice. However, I strongly recommend against paying in advance through Expedia for a reservation at this hotel.
