"The room was small. A couple of issues that were solved quickly. The bathtub was really high and was difficult to get out of. No door between the room and the tub. Just a curtain. Otherwise, very nice stay and great location."

"Location great, walkable to city centre and to main shopping area. Taxis always available too. Hop on hop off bus stopped v near hotel to get a tour of Berlin (recommended). Staff v helpful and courteous. Check in quick & easy. Loved the ever changing murals in main lobby area."

"The hotel itself is pretty good overall. The pillows provided are far too soft for my liking, no firmness to them at all. The floors and walls are quite thin so footsteps are very audible in the room, there was always some sort of banging going on, and there's often people shouting and talking loudly ..."
