"Very pleasant stay; the hotel is conveniently located , staff was very friendly and looks like they’ve been doing renovations lately…a lot of new features. My room appeared to be refurbished but a couple of things were out of place …the bathroom door was really beat up and at a minimum needs some paint and the mattress was extremely springy. Lastly a lot of rooms including mine face a courtyard where they have a bar and music..although the music ended at 9, until that time you can listen to a lot of peoples conversations from your room; the music was very pleasant though "

"Excelente location with beautiful view, is super quiet, relaxing and clean. But, what makes this place even more special is the service from the staff, we were greeted at the parking by Miguel, and at the front desk by Conzuelo, both made us feel welcome in a warm way. During our stay both were very attentive, polite and friendly. The food is delicious, the chef Roberto accommodated any special requests. We want to thank Conzuelo, Miguel, Roberto for going above and beyond in delivering exceptional service. They and the rest of the staff are truly an asset to this beautiful Hotel. "
