"I had the most amazing stay at Cicada! Beautifully appointed resort, huge room with extremely comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Many thoughtful amenities and daily treats. Great communication from the hotel before my arrival, arranging transport from the airport. Gorgeous spa, pool and jacuzzi. The included activities were some of the highlights of the trip, jungle trekking, walks, yoga and temple visit. Fabulous ala carte breakfast. Most of all the staff were absolutely brilliant, fabulous personalised service and especially Musgi who really made the experience incredibly special. Looking forward to visiting again!"

"It is everything I wanted. I wanted a private pool, but not surrounded by concrete walls. The private pool is open to the forest but very private. The staff are angels working hard to make guests feel welcomed and happy. The cleanness, the food, the drinks, the tranquility, even the weather, the driver Made (Pronounced Maddi) who took us for 2 days on tour, and drove us to the airport…everything and everyone was 200% perfect. The only thing that people should be aware of, the toilet seat is higher than usual. Mosquitoes and insects are everywhere (like any tropical area), so bring repellent."

"Wow, this place is a gem! The views are breathtaking, the service and staff are exceptional, the pool is wonderful, and the restaurant has a variety of options that were delicious. I have stayed all over Bali and this was my favorite place! The people there really make you feel like home and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Only 10min to Besakih temple and they can schedule shuttle service for you. If you want to check out the night market for some Balinese traditional food (the BBQ tuna skewers were so yummy), it’s only a ten minute walk away.
