We hold any of our other hotel stays to the same standards, in each city, based on the services we receive from BW (the others don't compare). Doreese is the absolute best when we book a room. She is very professional, sweet, and easy to talk to. She definitely makes sure that we have what we need as we are always lugging around a drum kit, band equipment and band merchandise.
