Fabulous!

What a great little spot. We loved all of the amenities and the bottle of wine at check in. It was great to be able to walk through the vineyard to Ponte, Bottaia, and South Coast Winery as we had family staying at the Ponte hotel. The room was perfect for my husband and I, we loved having a Keurig and a Nespresso! The door codes made checking in, out, and coming and going super easy. 10/10 would return!

The Stay

Like most of these properties they are spread out quite a bit from any other property. So peace and quiet is the order of the day, if you like that sort of thing. We were lucky in the sense on our visit no other guest were there in the 3 other rooms. So we had the building all to ourselfs. There is a common area refrigerator and microwave oven. The shower was the best, extra strong water pressure and it was a spacious stone lined shower stall. The TV had Netflix as part of the unit, as well as the normal channels. The property has many things you can do, horsehoes, baci ball, ping pong, fire pit, etc. The road to the property is a dirt road that last about a mile or two depending on the direction you come from. If you are picky about your car staying clean, this road will make you unhappy. Also if it should rain, it is a bit hilly and dark at night so be cautious. On the food side, you really have to go to the nearby wineries to eat, which there are several. The food is okay, but not great in most of these places.

Relaxing stay

This property was a wonderful and relaxing stay. It was so clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The owners were quick in responding when we had questions. We will be staying here again!!

We found Peppertree Lane Ranch when our normal hotel was booked up. We couldn’t be happier. The property was awesome and the location was close to everything we wanted to do (drink wine). We can’t wait to stay here again!

A Hidden Gem

My husband and I stayed for the weekend and we were beyond pleased with every aspect of this property. The grounds were lovely, the room was clean and inviting, and the hosts were responsive welcoming. We plan to return here many times. I will be recommending this property to everyone I know.

Fabulous getaway!

Very quiet and relaxing location. Close to many wineries, but away from the noise and crowds. Spacious, comfortable, clean and gorgeous villa. Considerate extras - snacks, bottled waters, bottle of wine upon arrival. Wish this villa was our house! Look forward to the opportunity to stay here again. Highly recommend!
