**Our pools are professionally cleaned and maintained by a licensed pool company every Friday.

**Yard maintenance is typically performed on Wednesdays. However, the schedule may vary due to weather conditions or the service provider’s availability.

**Trash bins are pulled out every Sunday by a staff member.

**Keep a safe distance from the gate and wait for it to fully open before moving forward. Do not stop for an extended time at the gate; proceed once it opens. This helps prevent accidents in case of a sensor malfunction.

Late check-outs are not available. We kindly ask that all guests' belongings be removed from the home by the designated check-out time. Thank you for your understanding.

Temecula is renowned for its hot air balloon rides, which offer a unique and unforgettable way to see the rolling vineyards and valleys. Many companies around the area offer early morning flights, giving visitors a peaceful, panoramic view of the region at sunrise.
Old Town Temecula is about 15-20 mins away, it offers a charming, historic downtown area with antique shops, restaurants, breweries, and art galleries. It's a great spot for a leisurely stroll or a casual meal.
Pechanga is one of California’s largest casinos is 20-25 mins away, offering a wide range of gaming, entertainment, dining, and a luxury spa.
Lake Skinner is 30 mins away. This regional park and reservoir is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, offering boating, fishing, panicking and hiking.

Getting Around:
A car is the most convenient way to get around Temecula, especially if you plan to explore the many vineyards, scenic spots, and attractions like Old Town or Pechanga Casino.

Quiet time: between 10 p.m. - 7a.m. as mandated by Riverside County. During this time, all outdoor activities are prohibited, including fire pit and pool/spa use. Please ensure all activities are kept indoors during these hours.

Pool Policy: ** Pool heating is not included in daily rates and can be turned on for an additional daily cost. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up 48 hours prior to arrival.

Heaters set to 85°F/100°F for proper chemical balance. Takes 24-48 hrs to heat. Once it reaches the desired temp, the heater will cycle on and off to maintain this temperature.

However, if the outdoor temperature drops below 52°F, the heater will automatically shut off until conditions improve, as colder weather can impact its ability to keep the pool warm.

We encourage guests to review the weather forecast prior to their stay. If cooler temperatures are expected, you may wish to reconsider or cancel the pool heat option accordingly.

Here are some pool safety reminders:
1. Always supervise children and inexperienced swimmers
2. No diving.
3. No running around the pool area.
4. Keep hazardous objects, such as glass or sticks, away from the pool.
