The location was ideal. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise and being able to walk down to the water to enjoy the beauty of the Lake. We were able to have our complimentary breakfast down by the lake on a picnic table just a walk away and we also enjoyed a picnic lunch at the same picnic table by the lake. The weather was gorgeous so enjoying the lake so near by was wonderful. We had a wonderful stay.

The bathroom was honestly bad, my 5 yrs old didn’t want to use the bathroom or shower. It was moldy. The rest of the room was okay, breakfast was good. Location is beautiful

The location is amazing and a great view of Lake Temiskaming. I got to swim at the beach in early June and the water was perfect, since it is seperate from Lake Temiskaming, otherwise would have been too cold. It was a highlight to be able to swim at the beach right by the hotel. The staff is really friendly and they make an enjoyable free breakfast for the guests.

I won't hide the fact that it's a motel, and that the rooms aren't exactly up-to-date, but the owner is so nice, the egg mcmuffin is delicious, and the view is worth the detour!!!

While the staff here were amazing, the room itself was not very clean. My husband spilled some water on the floor and when he wiped it up, the tissue was black. The room also had a funny smell. Somewhere between cigarette smoke, sweat & pine sol. There were overflowing ashtrays outside every room and I think this contributed to the smell. To be clear, we are non-smokers so this was very unpleasant. It was, however, an excellent location if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room.

Some simple maintenance should be done. Barbecue cleaned, old rusty chair on barbecue deck thrown out, cigarette ashtrays cleaned daily Duvets should be replaced as they show their age Overall a comfortable place with a great view and very quiet. Nice patio to enjoy coffee in the morning along with the included breakfast sandwich (not the best) AC worked fine Still, we would visit again
