"We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront studio – it truly exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Being directly on the water was an absolute dream! The location is serene and beautiful, with the ocean just steps from the terrace. Waking up to the sunrise over the calm bay and falling asleep to the sound of the waves made this a truly peaceful getaway.The road to the property is a bit tucked away, and it took us a moment to realize we were in the right spot – but once we found it, we knew we were in for something special. The parking area was convenient, and we were greeted by a friendly cat who seemed to be a regular around the grounds, which added to the charm.The property is beautifully landscaped, full of birds and little crabs that made the yard feel alive with nature. The studio itself was clean and cozy. The on-site caretakers were kind, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive.If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-filled stay right on one of Costa Rica’s beaches, this is the place. "We stayed here for a week as a family gathering and to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. The property couldn't have been more ideal for us with lots of family rooms and gathering areas in addition to the 5 bedrooms. And with the bedrooms spread across 3 floors, no one felt "cramped". Even under the same roof, you could easily escape for a nice long nap. The landscaping around the backyard and pool were picture-worthy. During our stay the pool was cleaned twice and landscapers doubled that! Making it all the more ideal were amenities like a 7-passenger golf cart to get around town, outdoor living areas, pool noodles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and anything we asked for.But the real treasure of this property was its manager, Arturo. He isn't just "the local contact"; Arturo is truly a skilled concierge. After many VRBO rentals over the years, I've never experienced anyone like him. He made a home rental feel like a high-end hotel experience. He was quick to reply with answers to our many questions, and assisted us in a wide variety of reservations and suggestions of where to eat and where to go. During our stay, he was readily available and personally made sure everything met and exceeded expectations. He arranged a private chef for us, onsite massages, transfers, a rental car drop off and pick-up right at the house, and even a beautiful flower and balloon arrangements all around the first floor. Arturo alone tripled the quality of our experience at this property."

"This home was amazing"

"We had an amazing time at Casa Paraíso. We had 9 adults and 4 teens in our group. The house was gorgeous and more than big enough for our group. The most amazing sunsets every evening, everyone comes out to see! Our days were spent on the beach and enjoying the large pool. We rented paddle boards as well. Everything is within walking distance, no real need for car or golf cart unless you want to venture outside of town. Just a quick walk to coffee every morning at Nitro and smoothie bowls from Surfside Bowls, and a taco joint. Enjoyed many meals at Hemingway's. Also enjoyed meals at the tapas bar, the Shack, Diabllito, to name a few. Enjoyed an afternoon at Potrero Brewing Co too where they also had lots of food truck options. The market is also right down the street. Jimmy our house manager was great as was our chef Diana we had for 2 nites. Oh and don't forget the cows! They strolled the beach 2 evenings during our stay!"

"Potrero is our go to spot and this accommodation is the best so far. The property manager Arturo was there to meet us at check-in and was always available whenever we had questions. The unit had everything we needed but was also within walking distance of all of the best restaurants. The added bonus of being able to step out on the beach in the morning was the highlight of the stay. "

"Loved this house and the great communication from the owner, transfer company, house manager, housekeeper, groundskeeper, night guard, excursion company and golf cart supplier! I'm in the travel business and having everything we needed just a What's App text away was great. The house is lovely. We ordered groceries for the week and they were waiting for us when we arrived. The first night we had a chef prepare our dinner and what a treat that was after a red eye flight. You can walk to several restaurants or if you've rented a golf cart or two drive those. No need to rent a car. The recommended excursion company offers transfers to and from the airport and to all the excursions. The black sand volcano sand beach was great. The kids loved being in the ocean every day. And we adults loved the huge pool. You'll love the huge kitchen and outdoor space. "
