"Great hotel in a nice location. Most of the staff were excellent, especially Andrea, the barman. Great customer service skills. One lady at lobby was less friendly when I was checking in on Sunday, but overall the experience was very positive. The breakfast had great options. I’ll definitely come back when visiting Lake Garda again. "

"A gorgeous hotel in a prime location for exploring Lake Garda! We decided on a perfect balance of exploring and relaxing at the hotel, enjoying all the facilities that were on offer! The spa was so relaxing, and the staff were all so friendly. Reception kindly helped us with arranging scooter rental to head up to Limone and a private boat tour with local companies - both were amazing experiences! We were spoilt for choice of food on offer at breakfast, and we had dinner at the bar two nights in a row - so delicious and such a relaxed atmosphere! The room was gorgeous too, we didn't want to leave and this is the first hotel we’ve been to where we’ve discussed coming back for a repeat stay!"

"Without doubt one of the best hotels I have every stayed in. The level of service and thought from the entire team is second to none. I have some challenging food allergies and I have never stayed anywhere where they have not only been managed so well but with such generous thought of extra touches to make our stay even more special. Just exceptional. "

"We asked to upgrade when we arrived as it really is on the lake shore. Our balcony overlooks the lake and the ferry terminal is right beside the hotel so easy to move from our last hotel to this one The bar has indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the lake and it’s just a wonderful place to relax"
