My only minor complaint was that I found it impossible to turn off the air conditioning at night - I don't like to sleep with AC. However, the bed had no top sheet - just a bottom sheet and a blanket. We tried to get a sheet of one of the bunk beds, but it was dirty and smelly. Staff provided a top sheet when asked and we fitted it ourselves.
There were no tea or coffee making facilities anywhere. The TV had no channels at all, so was purely for decoration."
