"The staff were excellent. Unintrusive but always there when needed. Polite, bright and attentive. Can’t believe how hard everyone worked over the festive break just so guests could relax. I do hope they’re duly rewarded. Please thank them all for us. We will return next year purely because of your staff. "

"Checking in was hassle free, didnt get name of lady on desk but she was so friendly /helpful. Only stayed 1 night, room clean, maybe bathroon door frame could do with some TLC. Parking was in NCP which was close to hotel. Only thing wasnt so good was Breakfast area far too small for size of hotel, it was fairly busy when we were there. No plates, ran out of a few different foods & didnt replenish these, even though 1 hr left of service."

"Yes room spotless staff can not do anymore for you booked in on line for 2 people one dog but unfortunately the booking company didn't include my dog that we paid for but the staff were so lovely strait on it found us a dog friendly room its the 2nd time we have stayed there its lovely will go back again next Christmas 🎄 "

"This was the first time we have stayed at Lords of the Manor and we really enjoyed it. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, everywhere was spotlessly clean. Lovely old building with huge charm, big open fireplaces and plenty of lounge areas to relax with a sneaky drink while you look over the dinner menu. we would definitely stay again. "

"Execellent place to go relax and take in the beautiful Cotwolds. This hotel is just perfect for a weekend break or longer. The rooms are modern, clean with all amenities you would expect from a top hotel. Breafast was amazing and the amazing staff prepared eggs for breakfast as we like. Its located so close to great day vists and if nothingbelse just in the hotel and enjoy the pool and spa and relax at the bar. We'll definitely be back soon..a great big.thank you everyone at the hotel for making our stay PERFECT ! "

"Very nice staff. We were upgraded as it was my partner's birthday and the room was lovely. Very nice big bed. Our car wouldn't start when we checked out and the staff were very quick to get someone to come round and to jump start our car. Lovely stay. "
