The hotel is brand new and spotless clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Proximity to Baylor Scott and White hospital is easy access. The kitchenette made feeding the family less expensive. Best hotel experience I have ever had. Thank you to the staff.

We were so happy that we chose this property. Other than thin floor ~ it was excellent. We could hear everything that the people upstairs was doing. Can’t rule out noisy neighbors. Staff was a 10 star…excellent…Erik and the other ladies (the one that worked the night of 03/30 and the two ladies that worked early around 5:30am on 03/31).

Only open 3 months No lights in bathroom mirror/or not connected yet=poor lighting. Efficiency kitchen-no pots, dishes,glasses, silverware etc…no in room coffee maker. Bathroom door not plumb. No spare TP roll. Positives: clean, quiet, friendly front desk

I stayed in room 309 which was very well laid out, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well with no noises coming from above, or the hallway, or adjoining rooms. The kitchen section of the room had a sink, but was not stocked with utensils or cookware because there was not a stove top inserted into countertop yet. The TV was very nice size for the room and I was able to hook my Roku into it and watch what I wanted. The air conditioner worked well and cooled the room as desired. This hotel does offer hospital rates if you and your family are scheduled for surgery or other procedures at the Baylor Scott & White Hospital, Temple TX location. I would definitely stay here again. The morning breakfast served is very simple. Packaged boiled eggs, yogurt cups, packaged oatmeal, breakfast bars, and coffee/hot water for tea bags.
