The room was never cleaned. Originally there were only enough towels for two people although I had registered for three. We used the towels and asked for some fresh ones after the first night. We were told the rooms were only cleaned every other day but they’d give us extra towels. When we returned that evening there were still no fresh towels. My daughter went to the front desk and got some clean towels. The third day we left money on the counter for the cleaning crew since we expected the room to be cleaned. Unfortunately not only were bath linens not replaced but three days worth of trash was still in full trash bins; also the room was never vacuumed. My daughter again went down to the front desk and got clean towels and was given an extra large black garbage bag so she could take out the trash from our room. At least the beds were comfortable. We expected more from a Hilton property.

Place we can feel welcomed.

Everything about our stay was amazing from the service and staff. I highly recommend this place for an awesome stay with no regrets. The front desk personal amazinly awesome!!! And cant leave Yole out super nice and friendly person that just make you happy greeting everyone with a smile and making sure we are all ok with our breakfast.

This hotel was great! Clean rooms, nice staff. I was a little upset at the wait time to actually get into my room due to rooms not being cleaned, but I understand things happen. Breakfast was good as well.

All of the staff was excellent, and the room was clean & comfortable. I needed to stay for a couple of nights to be near the hospital so I didn't spend a large amount of time at the property. There were some noisy guests during my stay & elevator techs were servicing the property when I arrived, but this was the smallest inconvenience that & not a big deal at all. Can't say enough positive things about the front desk & breakfast crew -- really made a positive impact when I needed it the most. Would certainly stay here again.
