"These folks are amazing So helpful and kind"

"We were the only guest we saw the staff at check-in. Only the place is very old and years of dirt are embedded in the windowsills and bathroom corners. There were no other patrons to chat with which we had hoped for. I don’t recommend it."

"The hotel was extremely clean, rooms were great. It was a very cute place ."

"Room was not cleaned daily. Trash was left for two days. Room was run down. Not a place I would recommend."

"The staff was amazing. Breakfast didn't open until 8 and was already luke warm by 8:15. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. Our particular room was near the housekeeping office and laundry room. There was a propane oder in the hallway. We were told it was the laundry room. For the price we paid, I was expecting more."

"Clean, good location, parking breakfast"

"We needed somewhere near Mt. Wachusett to stay and this was a perfect spot. Very cozy and well decorated. The breakfast was such a nice touch."

"Chairs in. Room pealing and flaked all over the floors. No. Coffee available. Not enough towels. You have to bring down dirty towels to get a new one. Dirty bathroom sink."

"Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Großartiges Zimmer, große Küche, nettes Personal. Wir würden wieder kommen!"

"The room was outrageously expensive."

"The room overall was ok, but the curtains were absolutely disgustingly dirty. The staff was very nice and overall, the room was fine. But looking at the dirty curtains was a real turn off to me."
