"The hotel was ok and not more than that. It was in a good location, close to the market, but other than that, very average and definitely doesnt not worth the money we paid. Linen and towels are too old (and it showes), the room would benefit with a new coat of paint and the staff were not really welcoming."

"My guest leaves early by one day and they informed the staff more than a day before departure but the staff said they cannot handle it because their manager is not there. I called Expedia to handle it and Expedia got to the same situation like me. The next day their manager said it is over cancellation time and they will not give any refund. I actually did not ask for a refund but for a credit for the next stay, which was also rejected by their manager. NO HOSPITALITY and a ATTITUDE PROBLEM when they reply my message by a pdf email."
