"The property was very nice but as soon as we arrived we contacted the owner about the inside temperature. We were told to lower the thermostat more. It was set to 68 and the inside temp was 76. This issue continued until early evening on our last night. It was cooler to sit in my car with the window down than to be in the apartment. The owner could have offered fans to be delivered immediately instead of on our last day. There also could have been an offer for a discount since we could barely...

"Our stay at the Henry Loft was great! The apt was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our teens were occupied in the game room and our dogs had fun running in the backyard. Petersburg is a great midway location between Colonial Williamsburg/Busch Gardens and Monticello. I would definitely recommend you stay here. "

"Absolutely disappointed with my stay. The property was disgusting and in a horrible neighborhood. If you want to wake up to roaches under your feet and fall asleep to people shouting in the hallways this is the perfect place for you. The smell inside this property is one of the worse things i’ve ever smelled, but is expected due to the rotting garbage in the hallways. "
