"Very friendly"

"We loved having the space of a townhouse instead of a hotel room. It was pretty clean (some baseboard dust type of stuff), but the deck had not been swept before we arrived (at least not very well) so it was green with pollen and pretty unusable for me (to be fair, the trees had just blossomed out). Beds were comfortable, nice tv's in each bedroom. Plenty of space for clothing. Check-in was quick, but my only issue is the relatively hard sell on getting you to come to the timeshare pitch. We...

"Our stay was very peaceful. The home is very convenient to multiple boat and water access ramps. The home was clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the soaking tub. Only downside was most of the nearby restaurants close at 3pm during the week so we had a little drive to get food."

"Beautiful spacious property. But the sunsets off the patio are the icing on the cake. Great communication with the property owner, when needed. Everything needed for the stay was in the house. I would definately stay there again."

"Beautiful and comfortable cabin with many amenities on a lovely, quiet cove of Watts Bar lake. The screened porch spans the back of the cabin, at a level with the tree branches - SPECTUALAR! We saw a mating pair of pileated woodpeckers create a hole in a tree for a nest. Within an hour's drive is beautiful and challenging hikes. We brought our dogs. Walking in the neighborhood was nice and safe. Dawn and Tim were great hosts, quick to respond or reach out."
