"Hotel and grounds are beautiful. Both of us were upgraded to junior suites for free. One had WiFi, thick curtains and no fridge, the other had thin curtains, fridge and no WiFi. Jacuzzi bath filled to 3 inches in half an hour, below the jets, so not great. Shower tile grouting left a lot to be desired. Swimming pool was lovely. Staff were really friendly, but their communication was poor. We ordered room service for early morning coffee, but it only arrived on day 4, after telling them about it every day, and about the lack of wifi.Wrong order brought at breakfast. When replaced the omelette was raw inside. Buffet days were good. At the end we were not charged for some laundry we had them do for us."

"I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Deluxe Volcan! There’s no better way to experience the beauty of Baños. This boutique hotel hosts only four rooms, which creates a sense of exclusivity and allows for very personalized service. I truly appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. I was warmly welcomed with a drink and given a detailed overview of the area. I also valued the daily advice I received from the staff on how to best experience Baños—they really helped elevate my trip. The views from the rooms are what truly set this hotel apart. Please make this place part of your itinerary when visiting Baños—it won’t disappoint."

"The Gran Hotel was wonderful. After coming out of the deep Amazon we were excited to have some plush accommodations. This hotel fits that bill. The property is truly like a resort. The pool and surrounding area is relaxing and felt like a vacation getaway. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many options and great local cuisine. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"this was a very wonderful location with the river and mountains in the background, it’s family owned, they were very helpful in planning our time there, a very lovely breakfast, they have hammocks outside that you can lie in and take the scenery… and also they offer Massage there at a very reasonable price"
