HOUSE DESCRIPTION This delightful Victorian terraced townhouse/cottage is perfectly located in the just outside Tenby's town walls with its cobbled streets, sandy beaches, colourful bustling harbour, shops, cafes, bars, art galleries and restaurants. The History of the town is evident all around. A walled town built by the Normans, it was last fortified when the Spanish Armada attacked! It is also just a 5-minute stroll to the stunning award-winning Blue Flagged, South Beach.
The house is cosy and comfortable, with lovely modern bathrooms and quality bed linen and towels. A home from home with everything you need to relax and unwind.
The house features 3 bedrooms and a shower room on the first floor. On the ground floor is a spacious sitting room/dining room. The dining room contains a large table, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a family meal together after a relaxing day on the beaches around Tenby. A full-sized luxury bathroom with a bath/rain shower and a lit mirror can be found on the ground floor also. There is a well-equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. Sainsbury’s is just a 5-minute walk from the house for all your catering supplies.
Alternatively, you can head out to the garden where you can sit and enjoy some food or relax and watch the sunset with a cocktail before heading into town to sample the local fayre!
The variety and quality of restaurants in Tenby continue to impress. There are some great reviews of places to eat on: http://www.tenbyvisitorguide.co.uk/Food-and-Drink/ My personal favorites are mentioned in the manual for the house on arrival.
Born and bred in Tenby, though no longer living here, my love for this special place appears to be contagious! We have had fantastic and enthusiastic reviews for both Tenby and the house from our guests, who continue to book with us again and again. One of our regulars has been every summer for the last 10 years!! Several guests have visited earlier in the year and re-booked for an Autumnal respite they have so enjoyed the house.
There are so many lovely places to visit in Tenby and the surrounding areas. The quality of the beaches exceeds all expectations - a fact supported by the number of awards that allow it to compete with the best beaches in the world! Barafundle Bay was voted 17th in the World's Top 25 Beaches by Passport Magazine beating Sydney’s Bondi Beach and the iconic Copacabana in Rio!
Children's entertainment includes plenty of theme Parks such as Folly Farm, Oakwood, and Heatherton World of Activities amongst others. The Pembrokeshire National Coastal Path offers stunningly beautiful hikes and views. Equally being close to the sea there are boats and fishing to enjoy and of course, a trip to the delightful Caldey Island with its ancient culture, beauty, history, and famous Monks - is a must.
24 Culver Park is an ideally placed Cottage to access all of the above, easily and in comfort!
Please have a look at our 60+ 5-star reviews. All of the appliances are good quality and we endeavor to ensure that everything in the house is to a standard that means that we can enjoy it ourselves, so comfort and practicality are a priority. Previous guests have complimented us many times on how comfortable the Cottage is with everything needed at hand.
We look forward to showing just how lovely Tenby is! :)
* Please note we only accept bookings in weekly increments from Easter until the end of October.
We take a small nominal deposit of £100 for your stay. This is returned 2 weeks after you leave. We have never kept any deposits or parts thereof, but we had a very bad experience with a guest several years ago who broke several items and left the house like a pig stye. This is when we decided to implement the deposit. This a just a gentle reminder for you to respect the Cottage, and treat it as you would your own home. :)

We had a great week in Tenby. The house was clean and well presented. It had everything we needed for a family stay with small children and was close to the town centre & beaches. We’ll hopefully be back!
Lovely comfy house with everything you could need. Close to the beach and town but in a quiet location. We had a wonderful stay and will be booking again hopefully.
Lovely house and in a great location. The house has everything you need and within walking distance to all of the beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants Tenby has to offer. Would highly recommend.
We loved that the place was so centrally located with everything only a few mins walk away, but at the same time very quiet and we had great sleeps. Tina was great at communication and made us feel very welcome. The property has everything you need.
Our holiday, the first as a family of five, was fantastic. The property is located just a short walk away from the picturesque town and the very beautiful beaches of Tenby. The house contains so many works of art that they deserve a special mention! A very memorable stay, thank you.
Perfect base for enjoying Tenby with the many beaches, shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. Should that not be enough, go further and explore the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast only a short and enjoyable drive away. We stayed for one week and it wasn't enough, so we will be back.
We had a wonderful stay here. The location is absolutely perfect. It is close to the beaches, restaurants, and town centre. Tina helped us to obtain a parking permit for the road in front of the house which was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and updated and the kitchen is well equipped. The clothes washer and dryer are a bonus with all of the beach laundry. The only downside is that the couches are a bit tired. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay tremendously.
Tina has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. The cottage is beautiful, everything you could wish for, cosy, spotless, we would thoroughly recommend it.
Property was excellent and just a few minutes walk to the beach and town centre. Tina was brilliant and everything was great from booking property. Thank you
The cottage is really comfortable including the beds. The kitchen is well equipped and lovely showers. It is really close to all the shops and beaches. A lovely place to stay. This was our second time at the property and would definitely go again.
Lovely property, spacious, clean, well-equipped and homely. The owner, Tina, was very helpful and we had a lovely bottle of fizz waiting for us. Very welcome after a long drive. Highly recommended, thank you.

Lovely cosy house in great location
We stayed over the Easter holidays - the house was really lovely and cosy and well equipped. Tina called to make sure we had arrived safely and that everything we needed. The house is in a great location - short walk to Tenby town centre and the beaches, and easy drive to lots of other beautiful places. A great holiday all around.
Tina was a pleasure to deal with and answered all of our questions very promptly. She helpfully got us a weekly parking permit which was a great convenience to have. The cottage was lovely, really well located to everything - we could walk to the beach and restaurants very easily. We had a lovely time there.
The online description of the property was spot on but what it couldn’t capture was just how much it felt like a home. The rear garden is a lovely sun trap with added birds and it was peaceful and quiet. And the house is just minutes away from all of Tenby’s charming streets, shops, and beaches.

Lovely, spacious property in a great location.
We really enjoyed staying in the house. Spotless upon arrival with everything you might need for an enjoyable self-catering stay. Really useful to have both a bathroom and shower room and our children loved the novelty of sharing the bunkbeds!
Location is great, 2 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes in to town so everything is nearby. Parking can be arranged too which is a massive bonus.
Overall, we had a fab time in Tenby, would recommend this property for families or groups and would book it again in future if we return.
We had a really good week staying at Tina’s house in Tenby. We were 4 adults and 2 children (aged 8 and 5) and there was plenty of room for us all. Modern well-stocked kitchen and large dining room table so great for eating in. Beds were very comfortable. The main bathroom is on the ground floor but there is a small shower room and loo on the first floor. Tina was very attentive and helpful. We’d love to come back.
We had a great holiday in Tina's lovely house. Really cosy, well decorated, well equipped and three minutes walk from the South Beach and ten minutes into town. Tina was the perfect host, keeping in touch when needed. Make sure you arrange to but the parking permit with her otherwise you can't park right outside - although the nearest car park is only a couple of hundred yards away. We'll be back I'm sure!

Lovely comfy cottage in ideal location.
Location of this cottage is very good, easy walk into Tenby and good fish and chip shop nearby! (Park Road) Cottage very well appointed and equipped, comfy and warm - lovely gas fire with coal effect. Visited in October and had easy parking outside - £30 per week street parking permit required but arranged by Tina.
Tina, the owner, is very friendly, helpful, considerate and thoughtful. Appreciated the bottle of Cava. Would definitely recommend the property and Tenby.

great property...brilliant location
nice bathrooms and bedrooms and wonderful living area.would have been 5 stars but the washing machine broke while we were there and had a load of washing to do when we got back (muddy mountain biking gear) and had to hand wash the load that got stuck in the machine! Tina was brilliant sorting but it was beyond repair!
