Fabulous stay in Tenby, the location is fantastic, right next to South beach, and I had a great sea view from my room at the top. Check in was super easy and it had everything you needed, and only a short 5min walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable accommodation in the middle of town. Owners very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to get meals and breakfast nearby. Tenby is a lovely seaside town and we are looking forward to staying there again.

The room was comfortable and large. The bed was excellent and I got a brilliant night's sleep. The bathroom whilst a bit small for someone of my build (broad shouldered and not thin) was clean and well stocked. The shower worked a dream. It is just around the corner from the seaview road above the beach. A short walk into the town centre (less than 10 mins). Would happily stay there again

Incredibly lovely hosts, location is perfect, you are right next to a beach access as well as super close to all the shops. The rooms are really lovely and clean, also there is a very cute black cat you’ll get to see if you’re lucky.

The location is good, next to the cliff top and just a couple of minutes walk from the wonderful South Beach. The house does need a little bit of maintenance, with the front door handle very loose, the number plate falling off the front door of the room (Room 5) and the big clock in the room needing a battery. Apart from that the room and bed were comfortable, though the shower was a bit of a squeeze, and needed a soap dish. Wifi was a bit wobbly but generally OK. The TV could be a bit confusing as the digital channels didn't always work so you had to use the streaming services instead. The top floor room was very quiet internally though there were unfortunately two late night shouting matches out in the street on consecutive nights, no idea whether this was just bad luck or newer younger residents, as I've stayed on this street before without problem. There is no breakfast but there are nearby options including the Lansio Lounge down the steps next to the beach. The house does have a nonchalant cat who spends most of its time sitting by the door. Apart from a few minor issues no real problems with the stay.

Tidy enough

Convenient location, large pay and display car park to rear £10 for 24hrs. Room only but hotel around corner offering breakfast at £9 which was a buffet breakfast and very good. Had top floor room which was quite small and not much pressure in shower. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Tidy enough for what we paid.

Right by the beach, parking behind building , pay and display, no parking for guesthouse. Property was clean, family owned and run, no staff around to talk to as much but one welcomed me in and bell to ring on the ground floor landing when you need something. Overall a budget friendly place nothing too exciting aside the above. A 6.8 rating for me

This was an awesome stay! Right where you want to be. Super clean and comfortable. The only thing is there is no breakfast but you can get breakfast a few doors down. The owner was super nice!! Highly recommend.
