For an unforgettable holiday in the vibrant Welsh seaside town of Tenby, this modern three-bedroom cottage offers an ideal base for exploring. It’s in a central spot just 0.5 miles from the town centre, with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants close by. You’ll have four stunning beaches to choose from – North, South, Castle and Harbour – providing plenty of opportunities like sandcastle-building, picnicking and water sports. Wander through Tenby’s charming, cobbled streets, perhaps visiting the 13th-century castle ruins (0.5 miles) followed by some fresh fish and chips. Fancy a longer leg stretch? Join the Wales Coast Path (1 mile) and follow it to breathtaking beauty spots like Giltar Point (2 miles) and Lydstep Beach (3 miles). Families will love nearby attractions, including Oakwood Theme Park (10 miles), Manor Wildlife Park (3 miles) and Heatherton World of Activities (3 miles). For an original day out, head to Tenby Harbour (0.5 miles) and board a boat to the idyllic Caldey Island, 1 mile offshore.
You’ll enter this welcoming cottage through a small entrance porch that opens into the cosy lounge. Here, a large U-shaped sofa accommodates the whole gang as you discuss the day’s adventures or catch up on some TV. The electric fire, wooden floors and an elegant ceiling beam bring warmth and charm to the space. The lounge leads through into a good-sized kitchen/diner, where you can whip up meals and enjoy them at the table together. Patio doors from here lead out to the garden area. When it’s time to retire for the night, head up the wooden staircase located in the lounge towards three comfortable bedrooms: a double, a twin and a bunk room. Finally, a family bathroom with both a shower cubicle and a bath complete the layout.
The garden features a decorative gravel area and three steps up to a raised decked area which is great for sipping morning coffees before you head out. Enjoy evening meals alfresco and sit out long into the evening under the starry skies.
