There were some issues people were having getting their key out of the lock boxes and the stairs were quite a lot with luggage. The spa area was also really cool."

There’s only 1 small garbage can in the toilet, I wish there was another in main room . "We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. Hot tub on the roof top was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon. Points to note are that it's a penthouse and there's no lift.
