"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. "This is NOT a place for you if hygiene is important!! The hygiene is not up to standard and not for Japan. It feels the management have tried to cut operation costs and hygiene has been sacrificed.
