The only thing we did not like about the check-in process is that the link to begin the process was not sent to us until 24-hours prior to us arrival. "Clean, tiny, gets the job done. For the price, great little place. Good to know - it is not next to the main Kushiro station, but it is next to Higata-Kushiro station. Trains come a few times a day, maybe check the schedule before booking. But shower is good, heat works. and we had no problems with the booking."
