"The Royal Motel Tenterfield appears to be a typical basic country motel but it has many special features, the staff were always helpful, the generous supplies of snacks and goodies - renewed daily - and the newly renovated bathrooms made it a standout. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. "A lovely spot to stay for a mini break. Rooms are comfortable and ultra clean. Staff are helpful. easy parking for your car. Situated in the centre of town. The dining room is nice with good options on the menu. What I didn’t like was that we had only just begun our entree when they brought out the main meal. This meant they sat on the pass again for too long making the meals suboptimal."
